FindShip Pro - Track vessels Recenzje App

This app is finally back working on my iPhone after about 6 years. But only the pro version works. After a major update it worked perfectly for about a week. It still works now but I can’t click on the mile markers, it freezes up and crashes if I do. Other than that it’s working fine thus far

Spent $22 for the pro version and still does not work highly disappointed.

Updates a ship’s position very sporadically, less often than other apps by a lot.

Isn’t doesn’t work on I Phone and not I want a my money back . Just charged me 23.00

I have a new iPhone 13 so I know the problem is not my phone, this app just goes to a white screen and does nothing at all

Paid $21.99 for this and it doesn’t work. Opens to a blank screen and everything is frozen can’t click on anything. Tried to go to app support and says 403 forbidden ! I want a refund but seems this developer is nowhere to be found to contact for refund. I have iPhone 12 with version 16 installed !

Why dosn work on iphone 6 ios 10

I've had this program for about 3 yrs. I started out with the free version and loved it until it quit working (quit automatically updating.) So I deleted the free version, paid and installed the Pro version. Worked terrifically for months then all of a sudden it stopped updating any of the boat positions. I quit using it for about 2 mos because I didn't have time to troubleshoot. Then one day I opened and it was updated, etc and everything was fine. Another yr passes and it's back to not updating again. I tried re logging in and it won't take my passport, the positions aren't moving at all and sometimes it gets stuck on the world map. I contacted the owner (last name Fibonacci) and he asked for a screen shot. I sent it and haven't heard a thing back. That was about 3 was ago. When it works it's the next best thing to bread but when it's not working it's a loss of good money. I can't rate it anything in negative numbers or I would.

This app is not accurate at all! I was very excited at first but soon discovered what a flop this app really is. Very disappointed. 🙁

This is a great app! Already worth the few bucks I paid for it on the first night.

Hello sir / Madam I should to inform you the name of supply vessel with IMO: 8515922, MMSI: 341389000and callsign: V4ZS2, in the your Application (FindShip-Pro-6.0.0) mistakenly declared "TRAVE TRADER" but the correct name of this supply vessel is "AL RAYYAN" So please correct the occurred mistake in the application. Also, for your more confidence it should be noted, our company is the charterer of this supply vessel (AL RAYYAN) in this 3 years. (2013 until now) Best regards

My husband is a commerical fisherman. This application is not accurate and several times has been very off from where he actually is or was 👎🏻

Love it. Only improvement I need is the ability to refresh a vessels position. An ETA feature would be nice. Maybe in the next version.

I used this app(pro version). its very powerfull searching motor to find ships, ports, owners & managers.

So far it's done what's promised. I haven't tested to see how accurate it is. But it seems to track all marine activity in an area. I wish I had a way to notify you when a ship is getting close to your location.

There's still plenty of room for improvement but findShip pro is quickly getting there. Needs to be more options for customizing boat info and quicker updates would always be a plus, which I'm sure you will. Reliable & informative.

This was the third boat tracking app I tried. Finally - one that is reliable, searchable and actually has the ships/vessels I am looking to follow. Great app. Good overall info given. Can map and time routes with charts. Great app, but I am repeating myself.

This is the best and most reliable app pulling AIS data. I spent the last couple of days troubleshooting an AIS problem on my boat. MarineTraffic and VesselFinder were not providing reliable data. Even worse their websites didn't provide the same data as their iOS apps! Only FindShip is showing reliable and consistent data for my boat in the Chesapeake Bay.

Not bad and pretty accurate as far as positions go. Would be nice to have corp of engineers buoy overlays & light names along the western rivers. Would also be nice to change knots into sog/mph. Pretty good app though.

Looked at several apps for ship locators. Love the info that it provides. I like the "fleet" function so you can track your favorite ships. Did notice that some destinations did not change even after the ship has departed that location and moving on to another port. The info sheet shows the last port.

This Captain's wife is disappointed with the performance of this app. Does not work as advertised. Inaccurate delayed information. Certainly not worth paying for.

Could be a good app. But is not updating location. I just wasted 4.99. Do not get this app. I'm a river boat pilot. Trust me. It does not work. Needs a major update!

Since Aug 19th, the app is showing old locations with current time. Completely messed up. NOT WORKING !!!!!!!

Ever since the last update, the performance level has dropped along the gulf coast. The real time is hours behind. Please look into and fix if possible

Really like the app. It helps keep track of friends who work on the rivers.

When I first downloaded the app, I was excited because I was able to locate my husbands boat right away. However, the location has not updated for several hours. I paid for the pro version & don't see how it is any better.

A most useful app, especially for river boaters.

I like the idea of AIS on the iPhone but I paid for the pro version of this app and it doesn't seem to work. I am having problems with the app updating locations on the vessels in my company's fleet. It says that my position is12 miles north of my current location 6/07/15, it is now 06/09/15 and has still not updated the boats location. This seems to be a pretty common problem for the users of this app, you think they would take this into consideration and maybe try to fix the problem with a software update of some sort. Not too impressed.

When I pull up app sometimes it won't update and it will show the vessel stuck in the same area for hours. Been having problems with this but other than that it's great when it's updating correctly.

App works as advertised. Very useful tool for life on the Mississippi River - (Tug Life💂) My only wish is that when I log into my account on different devices I wish my 'saved fleets' would sync across both my iPhone & iPad.. Instead of having to manually config each device.

Current stats are at least 48 hrs behind, but not even reading info any longer

This app worked great for the last month on lite (free) version. Then all of a sudden it stopped updating frequently. So I paid for (Pro) version and now it still doesn't work! I work on a harbor tug without AIS and this was the best thing I ever discovered for my job (harbor towboat captain) and now it's completely worthless!! Please fix!!!

Extremely useful not always having to rely on updated ETA lists

Hands down this is the best coverage of ANY ship AIS position app out there. The coverage on this app blows everything else out of the water.

This app has been a great help when finding other boats

I like the "favorites" feature which easily allows me to find ships I'm interested in. The 30 day tracking is also interesting so I can see where ships have been.

Could improve some of the navigation functionalities but the real time is what matters for this and it's better than most as it seems to have at least 2 updates a day in remote European areas....
